Masters Research Project:
ILLIAD
ILLIAD (Illustrated Interactive Anatomy Dissection guide) is a web-based digital dissection manual for undergraduate comparative anatomy students. It was designed to improve student understanding of the dissection process and help them make connections between species.
This site was created in collaboration with Chloe Ng.
See it in action.
ILLIAD was designed to be used by students in the lab. It has videos of the complete dissection and muscle identification process as well as additional features to help students gain a deep understanding of the species they’re studying.
Process work

Early wireframes mocked up the layout and structure of the site.

The wireframes were then refined and colour was added.

During production, changes to the site features and navigation required major modifications to the wireframes and final layout.
